Alternative host not working

Hello, I usually schedule meetings for my boss. Until a month ago I always designated the same person as the alternative host so she could start the meeting. Lately and without changing settings, she appears as an alternative host on the Zoom scheduled meeting page, but she can´t start the meeting. I need to connect and allow her into the room and she appears as a guest in the waiting room. Can you please help me? Thanks

There's a possibility that she isn't signed in  Zoom properly.

Please tell her to sign in to Zoom both on the browser and on the Zoom app again.

Hello, I'm have been having the same issue this year and finally asking about it. I'm an admin/owner and I set-up interviews for a couple of our leadership team and added one of them as an alternative host. They have a business license but each time I have to start the meeting and transfer the controls to the alternative host.  looking for a solution. Thanks
