Our company has one account with a primary user. This primary user has always been on a pro license. We also had 2 other free accounts. We noticed that when the primary user starts or joins a meeting after another user is in a meeting, the other users' meetings are ended. To solve this problem we upgraded the other accounts so the other accounts now also have paid pro status. The problem of the primary users' meeting ending the other users' meetings is still happening. Why is this happening and how do we fix this?

Hi @dylan4
Based on what you described, it sounds like all the meetings you're hosting are all created by the owner profile, which is indeed limited to hosting only 1 meeting at a time, even if they are not in attendance. To resolve this, meetings held by the other users on the account need to be scheduled by the other users on the account, so that they are officially the host of the meeting.
If all 3 users on the account are now licensed, you should be able to use scheduling privilege to either have the owner schedule meetings for the 2 others or transfer those meetings from the owner profile to another user's profile.
Hope that helps and let me know if you have any further questions. Otherwise, make sure to mark the solution as accepted if this information is what you needed.
