Accessing Zoom Recording Transcript

I recently recorded a meeting and I am having some trouble accessing the transcript. Even though I can download the video or audio version of the recording, I can't seem to find a way to access the transcript. Would you be able to assist me with this? If there are any additional steps I need to take or if there's a known issue with accessing transcripts?

Hi @deepee welcome to the community! In-order to receive Audio transcription for cloud recordings, you will need to have Audio transcription enabled

 

If you meet the prerequisites of having the setting enabled and have a Pro, Business, Education, or Enterprise license with cloud recording enabled, but do not see the option, submit a request to Zoom Support to have this feature enabled.
