Basic plus plan extensions

on the basic plus plan, can you use 2 extensions in the same meeting

For example, if you want a same meeting to go 100 minutes, 40 minutes +  40 min extension + another 40 min extension can be used?

A couple of months ago I used to be able to do that, but today I was able to use only one, even though I had 3 more available.

I could only use one extension (maximum call of 80 minutes) also even though I had additional extensions available.
