I have a licensing account, If I host a meeting and my co-host has a licensing account too. Does it mean our license account is merging? Instead of 100 participants, It can be doubled?

Or

It is possible to merge an account to upgrade the participants?

The meeting capacity is determined by the host of the meeting. There is no way to merge the license capability of additional accounts. 
Zoom does offer Large Meeting Ad-on licenses on a monthly/annual basis.
