The only sulotion ZOOM provided is tell articipants from China to upgrade to pay account, it's discrimination, since participants from other regions can join for free.
Stop wasting your time, just file a ticket for refund, and go to Federal Communications Commission file a complaint regarding this discriminatory treatment of Chinese participants

No, and I found the cases are much worse
1) even my clients in China have registered accounts , some of them cannot join in my meeting
2) new clients in China cannot register new Zoom account in China

Hi Johnson, our situations are very similar. Strangely, I have seen that some Zoom licensed users (in China or overseas) CAN have their China participants access their hosted meetings without problems, even that those participants do not have a registered zoom account. I keep wondering what the difference is between my account and theirs. Both of us are licensed (paid Pro account). My account was registered in Nov 2019. According to Zoom Tech Support Team, my account is provisioned in the US and it is the most common provisioned country for Zoom users. What about your account? Have you spoken to Zoom Tech Support Team? I'm in contact with them and the case hasn't been solved. They are looking into those individual participants (e.g. their display name, account, if any) who cannot join my meeting.

it may be solved either Case A I need to host with a paid account

( For I try using another paid account login Zoom in China, it fails login with error 1044. They say that error 1044 is a problem of registration. But I was not registering in that moment, I LOGIN Zoom system in China using mobile App)
so now, Zoom must provide any solution to us who paid Zoom product and service

You can do it yourself. Go to Federal Communications Commission website, file a complaint regarding this discriminatory treatment of Chinese participants.

这个答案很靠谱:
当遇到无法加入zoom会议,错误代码是13215时,主要原因是同时满足以下条件:
1,主持人账号为Zoom专业版或者商业版账号,无法提供中国数据中心连接服务,所有参会者需要直连海外数据中心;
2,参会者没有Zoom账号,非登录状态遇到无法加入会议的问题。
解决办法:
1,主持人购买企业版账号,获得中国数据中心访问权限;
2,参会者购买一个基础版计划或者付费授权计划,登录状态参加会议。
3,主持人从专业版降级到基础版Plus,每次聚会40分钟,但每个月有4次40分钟的加长机会,而且不能重复加长,也就是说每月只有4次80分钟的会议
我猜想可能的解决方法:
1,主持会议的人在中国发起会议,是不是可以?(求证)
2,在中国参加会议的人先登陆,是不是可以?(求证)

已经有解决方案了,我有两个账号,都是同样的情况。就是新买的会员,第一个月会出现13215的报错。再过几个星期,报错就解除了。所以,我猜是有什么审核程序,审核结束就会正常啦。感谢主!
