Hi, I'm a user in Korea using zoom service.
Why I send this email to you is there was some troubles in connecting your web page.
Unfortunately, Sometimes there was 403 error replied when I connect your sign up web page or login web page.
I'm wondering why this error happens.
Could you give me a reply to prevent this 403 error?
Here goes a attached file, a screen dump of 403 error page.

Hi @spytheman,

This might be happening because of your browser. i recommend you to update/change your browser. I had also faced this problem but when i updated my browser, the problem was solved. If this does not work, try changing your device/network. Sometimes device and network conncetivity also leads to this problem.
