Cannot update Zoom Version 0.2.254

I no longer have to option to update my Zoom. I cannot find anywhere to allow me to update zoom. Suggestions?

Recommend you to uninstall and install zoom using these steps. This should fix the Check for updates in the dropdown:

Download from the Zoom website. Scroll all the way down and you will see where you can download the client.
