required webinar registration fields not showing up on post-event survey report

We require certain fields when registering for our webinars (e.g., country, state, school, title). But when we disseminate a non-anonymous, post-webinar satisfactory survey, the survey results don't provide those fields along with the person's name and email. Is there a way to fix this?
