I have a university  owned account.

Sometimes I join a zoom meeting but does not recognize my account info (picture, name, pronouns). It is as if I have tow accounts but connected to the same email address.  How do I make sure that when I join a meeting it is connected to the one account?

Hi @jdo1 thank you for your post here on the Zoom Community! One thing to double check is to open your Zoom client on your computer and make sure you are actually signed in to the client with your university owned account. That way when you click a link to join, the client is going to use your settings that you have configured.

In case you need a little help with that here is a great support article to guide you!
