HI,

 

I checked the meeting records in Zoom Room to generate a report after the meeting.

There is no response even if you click the meeting ID as below, and you cannot check the participant information.

Can we see why this phenomenon occurs?

 We did have a minor bug regarding this functionality that may be why you experienced this issue. If you have not already done so, please submit a support ticket here https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362003-Zoom-technical-support, and our agents will help you restore the meeting IDs reporting.
