I set up a Zoom Events Webinar for last week. [Blank Event, Single Session, Lite]
I received an email question/concern from staff about it:
"The invites for the webinar today showed up as "private" on calendars. Do you know if this is a configurable option in Zoom Events? If so, I'd like to send them without them being marked as private in the future."
I found this KB article: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0063829
"When Zoom Events sends out a calendar invitation to special roles or registered attendees, the visibility is set to private by default. For group join links, the calendar invitation is public by default."
I am not sure if this article describes my issue. It doesn't explain (in plain noob English) where these settings would be changed.
Can someone please advise. Thanks in advance.

I don't believe you can edit the default ics file included in a Zoom webinar. You can however use APIs to trigger a calendar invite that is configured to your settings such as making it public on calendars by default. If you are not a developer there is a Zoom app, Salepager, for sending webinar calendar invitations configured to your preferences.
