Wrong name keeps appearing

Hello

 

I once had an account in the name of Bhajanajj

 

I have since deleted that account and started a new one in the name of Hannah with a comletely different email address

however although in my account my name is set to Hannah, when I log into that account it says on the screen that my name is bhajana

 

bhajana also shows up in the notifications my clients get from me saying Bhajana has opened a room

 

Thai doesn't make sense to me since the new account has never had the. name bhajana attached to it!!!

Look at this Zoom Support article in changing your profile:

Look specifically at Display Name. The name on your account profile might be different than the Display Name, which is used in meetings.
