On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Webinar registrants not coming over from jotform integration

We are hosting a webinar this week - the registration form is a jotform, and it is integrated with Zoom to share registrant attendees.  80% of registrants are showing on the attendee list for the zoom webinar and on jotform, but 20% are only showing as registering in jotform.  I'm having trouble finding a way to manually enter those attendees who didn't migrate over so that they too will receive the link to join, etc.

Zoom provides an API but it's up to third parties to build a robust integration. You could build your own integration using APIs to create registrants in Zoom when someone fills out a form without having to manually enter those attendees so that they receive a link. If you are not a developer there is a marketplace app, Salepager, that lets you create custom Zoom webinar registration forms.
