Waiting Room Video - Not refreshing

I don't know if anyone else is seeing this problem.

 

A while ago I set up a basic waiting room image which worked ok.

 

I now want to change this to a short video.

I set this up in Account Settings/ Meeting/ Waiting Room on my profile

 

But on new & existing Zoom meetings I still have the old image

 

Any ideas?

Hi David, welcome to Zoom Community! Try deleting the image/video in your Waiting Room settings then re-uploading it. If you made the changes in the Account Settings, you can also check your Personal Settings too as this may supersede the account settings. Hope this helps.
