VIEW: side-by-side

I am trying to use the side-by-side feature while doing a PowerPoint presentations. My wife has the free version and she had side-by-side. I have the basic paid version and it is not there for me. Please help!

The type of account shouldn’t make a difference, but note that you do have to be on a Desktop version of Zoom for this to work.

Thank you for your engagement. Before making this post I had already performed a trouble shoot using these steps and it did not work. I am very disappointed with the zoom company and how they do not provide customer support to their members. I tried to upgrade but I am 1 person and the only way to get customer support is to subscribe with 10 users and that too expensive.
