We require registration for our webinar events. It appears that a person who was denied registration, was able to attend our webinar. The were only on it for 20 seconds. Maybe we weren't hacked but how could this happen?

Hi @rlee961, sorry about your unwanted registrant, weird that this happened! I would recommend reaching out to our T&S team and submitting an Abuse Report using the web report form. You can look into the Trust & Safety FAQs, for questions you may have along the process. 🙂

Hi @rlee961
If YOU are using a Paid account, you may also want to consider requiring authentication from your Participants to join your Meetings. This will mean that Participants will need to login with at least a registered Zoom account (even a Free one) to be able to join your Meetings.
This can encourage more accountability from your Participants - and can provide you with more confidence in your attendance data.
Hope this also helps.
