On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Hi,

In the dowloaded report, I can not see the name and emails of the respondents , it shows as Anonymous

@anandtadkod There were changes made to what is displayed in reporting for those attendees of your meetings and webinars. 

Please review the below article and ensure that your meetings moving forward are equipped with a method to allow viewing this information. This data is not recoverable or able to be displayed in reporting without one of the exemptions being applicable.

Thank you.. The documents is clear and has two clear criteria's to show or not; the email addresses of the participants;

1. if the participant provides his email id by himself while  registering for the meeting/webinar then, the email id will be shown & 

2. If the hosts adds it for all others purposes then it will not.

 

Well, In my case, all the participants fill up their email ids in the registration flow, & even then, the survey report doesn't show the email id and neither the name.

 

Please guide
