On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Share sound option not available, when sharing screen

Hi everyone,

 

I've been using zoom webinars for some time, and today I encountered this problem for the first time.

I was in webinar practice session with two others panelists and none of us were able to share sound during screen sharing. I can see the Share Audio option in the bottom corner, but I can't check it.
I would appreciate any solution to this.

Can you please try changing your Screen Sharing setting under How many participants can share at the same time,andselect "One participant can share at a time"

I tried this fix and it didn't work for me. Any other advice?
