Starting February 3, 2025, Zoom Phone customers must add their phone numbers to an approved 10DLC campaign in order to use SMS/MMS capabilities on their numbers.

We need to inform our registrants that we have rescheduled five webinars this week due to the Queen's death.

In the individual webinar pages, the Email Settings only offers the following email templates:

Invitation Email to Panelists Edit
Confirmation Email to Registrants Send upon registration
No reminder email to Attendees and Panelists
No follow-up email to Attendees
No follow-up email to Absentees

How do ensure we have the 'Webinar Updated Notification Email' available to customise for each webinar? Thanks in advance!
