Not Receiving Email Notifications for OnZoom Ticket sales

Hey community,

 

I have an OnZoom event happening on Saturday and I received a notification for the first ticket sale a few weeks ago but have not recieved any notifications for sales after that. I didn’t think anyone had bought tickets until some people told me they had registered and I never saw email notifications come through.

 

Does anyone have any experience with this?
