NO support at all very unprofessional

As someone who was thinking of getting pro I'm shaking my head in disbelief if they treat you like this!

Here's what I sent Zoom. Keep in mind I was logged in at the time.

Hi,

As someone who wants to join pro soon this concerns me. Been meaning to contact you as I've missed many meetings before.

Please don't just glance at the images provided. Study them. The time calculator shows the conversion is Friday June 28th in New Zealand.

Now look at the two other images. Not even close in conversion from Zoom.

I included images to support my query.

Immediately got an email that claimed I wasn't signed in and that the ticket was therefore closed.

Replied to that asking why?

4 more emails, door slammed in my face. No explanation whatsoever!

What's going on at Zoom when a blurb tells us they've just made it easier?

Will probably join the opposition instead. How rude Zoom!!
