How can I access attendee reports more than 12 months old?

I need to access a report for a webinar I hosted in November 2020 and see I cannot access reports that are more than 12 months old. Is there another way to get this report?

Thank you for your post here on the Zoom Community!

Such reports can be retrieved for up to 12 months as per this support article, here.

Note : you can try to open a support ticket but I'm not sure if it's possible to retrieve older reports.
