Help! I am hosting a Masterclass with a registration page on zoom and its not working

On the meeting registration page it's saying this after people enter their first/last name email

This meeting is for authorized registrants only. Please enter another email.

Hey, @Myrafordham,

You don't give many details, so some of this is "me guessing".  First of all, the screen shot you provided doesn't look like a typical Zoom registration page.  Is this link hosted on zoom.us?

Secondly, a common mistake is to forward someone a link from a confirmation email they received, which can't be used to register.  Please look at your meeting information for the Registration Link, which should look something like this:

If it doesn't have the "meeting/register" in the middle of the URL, it's probably not the registration link.
