I don't know how long webinar data is saved for, but if it is available, you will probably find it on your admin web account. Under Admin > Account Management > Reports > Usage Reports > Webinar

Hello,
When a webinar expires and is batch deleted by Zoom, all associated reports will remain available for up to 12 months, although you must still have a webinar license to access webinar reports.
Webinars are deleted 90 days after the scheduled end time or last modification.
