Cannot publish recording to the lobby

I have a recording in my Hub Recordings.   I would like to toggle to publish to the lobby.   The toggle is not active.   What can I do?   Or what should I have done to allow this option.

Could you provide a screen shot of the toggle, with some context around it?

Was the recording from one of the sessions in the event?
