Backstage and breakout rooms in a webinar

Backstage and breakout rooms are no longer an option in the Webinar. There are also no mention of them in the settings any longer. How do I get these features back?

Hi, @Nikki.

 

Where are you not seeing them?  In the Webinar creation editor, or in the live Webinar while hosting?

 

Breakout rooms should be available without a Zoom Events license (assuming that they are enabled in settings at the Admin and User levels), but Backstage is dependent on a Zoom Events license being assigned to the Webinar owner.
