On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Approval status - denied

Hello all, I'm new to the Community and hoping I might find an answer to my issue.

I have run a number of webinars, and notice on the post event attendee reports, that some of the attendees' approval status is showing as "denied" even though they registered and attended, and were there for the duration.  Can anyone shed any light on why this might be happening please?   The majority show as approved.

Thanks if anyone can help - it's just one of those annoying little issues I need to understand 🙂

The same issues occurred for me as well. If anyone knows why, it would be great to know.
