cannot add LTI Pro app

I am trying to add the LTI Pro app so I can connect to Canvas LMS. I pre-approved the app in the Zoom App Marketplace, but the "add" button is still greyed out and I cannot add the app to my account. I do have an Education account and have tried pre-approving it both for myself and for the all users and neither option has worked.

My account is an admin account so i should have permission to access the account but it is still grayed out
The other admins tried and failed too
Can you help me some more?
