Zoom join url not getting filled up on zoom webinar registrant object in salesforce

We have installed salesforce for lightning on our org and have used third party forms for users to register to our webinars.

Creation of webinar, sync, registrant, webinar link all is working fine, except that the join url on the registrant object is sometime getting filled and sometime no
