We have a user in our organization who is unable to use the Zoom add-in with Microsoft Teams. They are able to launch the add-in and sign in successfully using SSO, but then when they navigate to the Meetings tab, they are presented with an "Internal Server Error"

Hi @budstrauss, thank you for making your first post to the Zoom community! For this issue could you please have them completely uninstall/reinstall the Zoom desktop client and integrate then integrate the Zoom add-on to see if that fixes the issue? To uninstall please follow this help article https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362983-How-to-uninstall-Zoom and to install again just go to zoom.us/download!
