Unlisted zoom app not able to join meetings

We recently received an approval for our new zoom marketplace app that is a bot for zoom meetings. The app is called e-chai meeting bot (from EnterpriseChai Inc). It was approved as an unlisted app.

The product has a workflow that allows setting up a zoom user to authorize this app when the user wants to use this app for the zoom meetings. We are using recall.ai APIs that uses Zoom SDK to add the bot and connect our application the meeting streams. 

I keep waiting but the bot does not join. In the recall logs, I see the following error - that is the only thing I know. otherwise in my zoom account, I see that the app is there and healthy, but for some reason it is not joining my meeting (the meetings I setup).

Really need help to troubleshoot this issue.
