Zoom Pro One - Settings Questions

Hi Zoomers.  In Settings > Security, under the "Require that all meetings are secured with one security option" I see a message that states, "Per new security guidelines, you cannot change this setting. Please contact your account admin for more information."  I don't know why I see this as this is a personal Pro One account and I am the only one with the password.  Shouldn't I be the admin automatically?  If not, how do I become the admin?  This may also keep the AI Companion setting grayed out (non-selectable).  I'd love to use that too.  I appreciate any assistance.

Hello,

Yes, you are the admin in this situation.  The Zoom Leaning Centre has videos on being an admin;

https://learning.zoom.us/learn/signin

i would recommend Getting Started with Zoom Administration.

The Zoom Support site is also an excellent source of information;

Here is one relevant support article ;
