Hi everyone,

 

I help an advisor during meetings, and he uses Zoom AI Companion for every zoom meeting. Normally the summary is delivered to him, but the last couple of times Zoom AI has just not summarized anything at all from the meeting. Does anyone know what the problem might be here?

My meeting summaries have not been sending since June 10th. I have opened a case with zoom support but just got a generic "can you send me the meeting id" response. It's all meetings.
