On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Troubleshoot issue with enabling toggle for "Meeting Summary with AI Companion"

I've attempted on my own yet I'm not understanding how to resolve. I'm interested in using the AI Companion to generate meeting summaries for upcoming meetings. When I attempt to follow the article tips to enable my settings show the "Meeting Summary with AI Companion" is locked by Admin. I have a One Pro account which appears to be a feature included in my plan. Can you clarify and guide me on what is needed to remedy. Please and thank you?

Hi! If you are the owner/admin for your Zoom account, you likely need to go to ADMIN > Account Management > Account Settings > AI Companion; it sounds like you're trying to turn it on in your PERSONAL Settings area.

 

If you are not the admin of your account, you will need to contact the owner/admin at your organization, as they have the functionality turned off at an account level. This is a setting that needs to be enabled by an admin, even though it's part of your One Pro plan.
