On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

I want to transcribe Zoom cloud recordings.

Following instructions, I am in the Record Section BUT

Where are the Advanced cloud recording settings?

Hi @MH96 thank you for posting for the first time, and welcome to the Zoom Community!

 

Please note that you must meet the prerequisites for enabling and creating audio transcripts for Zoom cloud recordings: 
• A Pro, Business, Education, or Enterprise account with cloud recording enabled
• Account owner or admin privileges for enabling or disabling at the account or group level

 

The Advanced Cloud Recording settings should appear as a section just below the Cloud Recording settings.

If you meet the prerequisites but do not see the option, please submit a request to support to have this feature enabled.
