Someone else's meeting summary included with mt meeting summary

I use Zoom as a single person, not part of a company or other organization; just me.

In the Meeting Summary, Next Steps, I got next steps for some people who I don't know and who were discussing things not being discussed in my meeting. The Quick Recap and Summary sections of the AI notes were correct. I just got Next Steps from my meeting and some other random meeting with people I don't even know and action items I do not understand.

How does this happen? Can my Next Steps be shared with others who I didn't give approval to; to folks outside of me and my meeting group that I don't know, info shared with other organizations? YIKES!

Here’s a list of steps you can take to solve this problem:

 Admin-Level Fixes
- Navigate to Admin > Account Management > Account Settings
- Under "Recording" tab, review AI Companion settings
- Disable and re-enable meeting summaries to reset the feature
- Ensure proper user isolation settings are configured

Meeting Host Settings
- Go to Settings > Meeting in your Zoom web portal
https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0058317
- Under "AI Companion" section, verify summary permissions
- Enable "Only meeting participants can access summaries"
- Turn off "Allow summary sharing" if enabled

Privacy Protection Steps
- Request deletion of the incorrect summary from Zoom support
- Review all recent meeting summaries for similar issues
- Temporarily disable AI meeting summaries until issue is resolved

Contact Zoom Support - https://support.zoom.com/hc
- Submit a support ticket with specific details
- Include meeting IDs, dates, and affected users
- Request investigation into data isolation protocols

Preventive Measures:
- Enable end-to-end encryption for sensitive meetings
- Use manual note-taking for confidential discussions until issue is confirmed resolved
- Regular audit of AI-generated content for accuracy
This is a serious privacy concern that requires immediate attention from Zoom's technical team.
