My Meetings do not show in "Create from meetings" in Docs

When I go to create a document (in docs) from a previous meeting, the meetings do not appear when I click on "create from meetings" .   It just says no meetings in the last 30 days.    Which is not correct because I have had loads.   Also up and  coming meetings do not appear even though they are booked.  

 

My assitant books my meetings so there is possibly an issue there?  With the settings?
