Can I add company logo and colors into meeting summary template?  

I have created a customized meeting summary template but do not see a way to specify color preferences or add logo to the top.

While the summary itself can't be  customized, you can copy the meeting summary and paste it into an email provider and send it with company logo and colors included. Alternatively there is a Zoom app, Salepager, that lets you pull the meeting summary and add a company logo and colors automatically.
