How do I stop ai from randomly showing up in my meeting and recording? It freaks everyone out!

When other people send links to join a call, I click and join in from my pro account. Shortly after Read.ai shows up and starts recording. I've unsubscribed from read.ai (I had previously tried the ai out but it felt incredibly invasive) but even though I asked to end it, it randomly shows up which is so embarrassing for me when the host of the call didn't give permission.
How do I get rid of it once and for all?

Hi there, @Envoy 👋 Can you sign in to your Zoom web portal, navigate to App Marketplace settings. There you should see Read.ai and be able to uninstall it. Please let me know if that works!

Thanks Bri, I did that, I'd already removed read.ai (so it still showing up was irritating especially in meetings I did not generate but came via Envoy). I clicked to see if it would ask me to install (no clear way to know if it was added or not) and it wasn't installed on my account. I've emailed read.a at same time as you and they didn't reply. If it continues can I delete my Zoom account and set up a new one but not affect the payment plan?
