How do I make a AI from a Zoom Meeting recording

How do I use Zoom Docs to make an AI from a Zoom recording of a meeting recording? 

I am not having much success searching the help files and uploading recordings into AI Companion

I have Zoom records, and I want to use Zoom Docs AI to transcribe them the same as you would if you turned on AI during a zoom meeting.
