AI meeting summary did not work

I have enabled the AI Meeting summary and it did not work.  At first I thought I just couldn't find the summaries but I did locate the folder and there is no summary there.

You can review all your meeting summaries at this link: Meeting Summaries. To ensure the AI summary feature is activated for future meetings, follow these steps:

  1. Open the meeting you want to edit.
  2. Click on "Edit."
  3. Navigate to "Options."
  4. Select "Show" and make sure "Automatically start meeting summary" is checked.

I've done all of that and I am still not getting my summaries. I also cannot get them auto emailed to me like they used to. tried customer service chat 3 times with no resolution. help?

I can't see the Meeting Summary for a past meeting, it didn't seem to work even though it usually does
