On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

AI Companion Meeting Summary set up issue

I'm trying to use the AI companion meeting summary. I am the admin, and I'm the only user on my paid account, yet I cannot remove the "locked by admin," so I cannot toggle the on/off in the settings from off to ON.

I've followed suggestions by others in the community and logged out, then logged back in using another browser, and that does not work for me either. I've also tried to use the Zoom chat feature, but that is not good for my blood pressure either. Argh

Any suggestions would be gratefully received.?

Here what I see in my settings:

The same for me. It's my account and I'm the only user, yet I don't seem to be the admin?

What's the next step for us to get these answers to our questions and solutions to our problems?

I believe that this forum and community are a waste of everyone's time if Zoom staff do not keep an eye on customers like us who have joined their community forums to have our legitimate technical concerns addressed and product issues resolved so we can continue to use their product—which we paid for—as intended.
