trying to find my renewal date and change CC

The bot keeps telling me to go to 'account management and select billing' this is not anywhere on my menu.  I can't locate what they state nor can I find a way to change my info.  Also I want to renew for a full year but it looks like I'm stuck on monthly and can't figure out how to update that.  Help

Hey @Sunbunn are you able to go to Account Management > billing from https://zoom.us/billing? 

 

  1. Click the Billing Information tab.
  2. Scroll to the Payment Method section, then click Edit.
