Zoom in-meeting reactions are an excellent way to provide non-verbal feedback when you're in meetings.  Options include anything from simply raising your hand or giving a thumbs up to reacting with one of the many emojis, such as the fire emoji 🔥 or smiling emoji 😀.

My favorite in-meeting reaction is the confetti emoji:  🎉 

You might not be able to celebrate a colleague with confetti every day in person, but you can ALWAYS pop confetti on Zoom 💙
