Multi-Device Use in Video Meetings while on same account simultaneously

Hi!

     SoI'm trying to see if I could have someone explain to me how I could with one account use two different devices (I.E. Android & Laptop) at the same time to have one use or make the camera at a distance while simultaneously using the second device in the same video call to have an easier time reading and using the chat room like right next to me or in my hand.
