Hello All,

I have just signed up to the ZOOM phone system to be run out of Aus.

Tried the chat option and caled ZOOM however 90 minutes later I am no closer to choosing a phone number and can not seem to get anywhere with anyone at ZOOM and the website keeps taking me in circles

A couple of questions is ZOOM customer service this horrendous all the time?

Shall I get out while I can and find a better provider?

Is there anyone here who can guide me as to how to set up a phone number.
