IS THERE ANYWAY TO SET UP THE PHONE TO RING ONE WAY FOR OUTSIDE CALLS COMING IN AND ANOTHER RING TONE FOR CALLS COMING FROM INSIDE THE OFFICE?

Hi @NKH! Currently, ringtones can be  changed for incoming invites, phone calls, and specific contacts. For more information, check out https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360030985091-Changing-phone-settings-client-app-or-Zoom-We.... This would be a great feature request that you can submit at https://zoom.us/feed. This way, we can review it for potential future releases.
