Internal Incoming Calls Getting Rejected

One of my employees is not receiving incoming calls from other employees.  She can make outgoing calls, but not receive them.  We have checked her phone settings and all looks good. Her desktop phone (Yealink) will ring about a half a ring then the call will go to voicemail.  Please help!

What happens with the calls to their Zoom app - same issue? If so, then probably something in their call handling settings. I would check the 'max wait time' in their call handling settings; and also make sure they don't also have some other number, like their cell phone, listed as one of their devices (i.e. if have their cell number in the list, perhaps that is answering/going to voicemail first)....

Thank you so much for this suggestion.  I thought we had checked that, but apparently not.  She had a setting that none of us know how it got activated, but I was able to turn it off under call handling.  So thank you!
