We want to download the phone usage data from the Zoom Phone area of the Dashboard. Meetings has an Export to CSV option in the meetings list. Is there an option for exporting the phone data? It looks like it captures some really useful data but to really make use of it we need to be able to sort, filter, massage the data to provide relevant information.
I hope there is a way to do this and I am just missing it.
There is indeed an Export function on the Phone System Management > Logs page. The button is off to the right-side (see attached). You can also subscribe to receiving logs by email under Phone System Management > Company Info > Account Settings > Others, all the way the bottom of the page (see attached).
